Genius instantly lets reps see what prospects are doing on the web site. New version, Genius Interactive lets them chat with prospects on the web site live - it’s IT Free.

Genius lets you look at all the interactions your customer has had with your business. It can be synchronized with SaleForce.com.

This is a method for understanding ROI from an e-mail campaign. The proxy server automatically merges the chat interface on top of any site - this is seemingly the IT Free aspect of the system.

They provide a Tivo-like interface that let’s you go back and look at what the prospect has been looking at.

This is very powerful - but also a little creepy :)
