Demo Fall 2006: Koral - Content Collaboration

Most businesses manage their content inside of e-mail and massive storage arrays that are dubious to access. Less than 5% of business users use any system at all.

Koral is free for basic usage. A file is dragged to a drop box and then automatically indexed. The system automatically recommends a series of tags that will ease finding it later.

Koral prevides previews for all files, even Powerpoint, which makes it possible to better evaluate. Users can “subscribe” to individual files.

Community involvement tied to ratings on specific documents. The goal is to source feedback on the documents created.

Some Salesforce integration is provided that automatically maps documents into customer views.
